| NTS-V1A Nightshade |
| Mango Mechworks had been a producer of the venerable Marauder BattleMech for many decades when it was decided to emulate the success of the Nightstar and Marauder II derivatives and produce a new Mech along the lines of the classic Marauder which first walked off the production line in 3060 in the form of the Nightshade, also affectionately known as the "Marauder III". Although weighing in at 90 tons the Nightshade retains the mobility of the old Marauder and with the addition of the Triple Strength Myomer can gain nearly a 50% boost in speed. The linking of the trio of particle cannons to a state of the art computer targeting system gives the Nightshade truly devastating firepower with lethal accuracy. |
