| Dominated by large oceans, Valimar is truly an aquatic wonderland teeming with wide varieties of marine life and dotted with scattered continents shrouded in dense tropical forests. Several valuable resources have been discovered in the fertile oceans which include free-floating 'islands' of Dragon Kelp which has a number of industrial uses, the chief of which is a natural fiber that can be used as myomer bundles. Also harvested are the succulent Valimar lobsters which have become a prized delicacy throughout the Republic and beyond. Additional land based resources are being tapped to support a growing shipping industry to better harness the wealth of the seas. |
